Refund Policy

If you're not happy, neither are we! While we are pretty sure you're going to love your Ideal Wrap, we realize that sometimes it's just not a good fit. And that's ok! We love all our customers, that's why we offer your money back plus free return shipping for up to 90 days after your purchase, no matter where you purchased your wrap.

If when you first receive your wrap you aren't quite sure, we encourage reading through some of our tips and giving Ideal Wrap another try - we give you 90 days, after all!

If you decide it just isn't for you, please initiate the return process with an email to happy@idealwrap.com with "Return" in the subject line. You will receive a timely response and a prepaid label for returning your wrap. 

If you purchased your Ideal Wrap on Amazon, please initiate the return process through Amazon. Our 90-day return policy applies to Amazon orders, too!

You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a few days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund after two weeks, please contact us at happy@idealwrap.com with subject line "Order Help" for timely assistance.
